CGI-Junction.com's entire liability for any claim or loss, damage or expense from any cause whatsoever, except for those arising from or in connection with CGI-Junction.com's gross negligence, shall in no event exceed the monies actually paid to CGI-Junction.com under this agreement by the party claiming fault. No action or proceeding against CGI-Junction.com may be commenced more than one year after the services are rendered.

Each party agrees that jurisdiction and venue for any and all disputes under this terms of service agreement will be proper in the Cumberland District of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and that the establishment of such jurisdiction and venue shall be determined by NVS Enterprises.
